"My wife and I were looking for a new home for the first time. We were completely overwhelmed and uncertain about the process no matter how much research and self-educating we did. We met Francesca and almost instantly all of our concerns melted away. She worked with us and helped us every step of the way, and honestly knew how to read us perfectly. In the end my wife and I fell in love and bought a home that we initially did not plan to even look at, but after looking at another home in the area Francesca got us in to see it. Really could go on and on but the gist of it is Francesca is easy to work with (even when we were being indecisive and complicated), knows the ins and outs of the market and real estate, readily available whenever we needed her and most of all provided a pleasant and friendly presence throughout the whole process. She also surrounds herself with very helpful associates that my wife and I were very grateful for.
